Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During this time, we prepare and package your items, verify order details, and confirm shipping.

During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing time may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to the following regions:

  • South Asia (excluding India)

  • Western Asia

  • Africa

  • Countries under Singapore Designated Entities or Sanctions Lists

Risk-Free Shipping Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 60 days from the shipping date, we will issue a full refund for the undelivered items.

To report a missing package:

  2. We will investigate within 3–5 business days

  3. If the issue is verified, you’ll receive either a replacement or a full refund

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on our website are shown in USD and do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Nexivue is not liable for any delays or additional fees caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot guarantee address changes once your order is confirmed due to rapid processing.

Nexivue is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refused shipments

If a package is returned to us under these circumstances, we reserve the right to forfeit the shipment without refund.
